The consulting procedure
1) Client organizations’ systemic diagnosis.Duration:5 minutes -

2) The client organization administers on itself a self-administered diagnostic
activity at its place.(consultant). Duration : 5 minutes

3) The client organization submits the executed activity sample document to the
Consultant.(client+consultant). Duration : 5 minutes

4) The client organization’s executed activity sample document.

5) Consultant analyzes the client organization’s executed activity sample document
at his office. client not required.

6) Consulting recommendations session. (client+consultant). Duration : 5 minutes

7) The client organization undergoes a self-supervised practice session at his place
for the recommended tailormade Study performance improvement exercises procedures.

8) The client organization submits the practice performed activity documents to the
consultant.

9) Consultant’s decision?
Alternate process Recommended by consultant.
Corrective treatments recommended by consutant.

Note : One problem to be handled per client per session. Duration of administering the Performance Improvement procedure by the client system over itself is its 260 minutes after the consulting session. Tailormade Improvement Self-supervised practice operative exercises are to be recommended for a standard duration of 40 mins./day X 6.5 days or otherwise it should be modified as per the need of the problem solving procedure as well as the intensity of the problem.

Is an unchanging and unending happiness!

Fight to survive and fight to stand,
Is what nature seems to claim!
This manly pursuit of conquering nature,
Is alone to be blamed!

Hey Nature! Do not be inanimate, nor cruel or harsh,
Hey Man! Control your actions and stop your greed!
We are not to co-operate alone, nor singly to compete,
A balance between both of these is what man and nature need!

Transform one and everything,
What we do and the way we do it!
In addition, forget not the golden mean,
That is to competitively co-operate and co-operatively compete!

Make up to excel in life
With constancy of purpose and reality!
Apply all the resources of the Mother Nature,
